Training for Anchorage is well underway. I've got blisters on my heels! THEY HURT!

Recommitment is coming up. That's where all my team members decide if they're going to be able to see this thing through to the end. I hope a lot of my team makes it through. I'll feel like a bad mentor if they don't, though I shouldn't take it personally. I'm doing my best.
